Please be aware that there are no Navy Federal Branches on Kauai. The following banks are used and recommended by the PMRF spouses:
USAA: offers prepaid mail deposit envelopes and fax or scan deposits, plus ATM fee refunds up to $15.
NFCU: offers prepaid mail deposit envelopes and online deposits. If your account is Active Duty status, you can get up to 15 ATM fees per year refunded to your account.
