Shipping Your Vehicle

You will need to prepare your vehicle to be shipped according to the shipper’s guidelines which can be obtained from your local Personal Property Office. They will give you a list of shipping companies the military works with and you will choose the one nearest you. In some cases, it’s in the same town, in other cases, it may be a few hours away. You MUST have an appointment to drop off your vehicle as well as the proper paperwork. Some companies require that the paper work be faxed in several weeks ahead of time, so don’t delay in contacting the shipping company for all the specifics!

Shipping times for vehicles vary depending on the point of origin. MOST of our residents have found that their vehicles arrived 3-6 weeks after the initial drop off.
